Beef Stew Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 carrots, sliced
5 potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
3 tsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix together and bake 5 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
Do not open oven and do not open casserole during baking time.
