Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 large (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut.
Combine with vegetables.
Boil sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves.
Pour over vegetables while hot. Serves 6.
