Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
-
Sift together first 5 ingredients.
Mix remaining ingredients and combine the 2 mixtures.
Mix well.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Can serve plain or with powdered sugar sifted over it.
