Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
 
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
- 
                            Mix ingredients and put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
 
Sprinkle with 2 cups crushed corn flakes or Rice Krispies.
Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over these.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
