Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Beat egg into yeast and water mixture.
    In a large bowl, combine warm cottage cheese, sugar, butter, onion, dill seed, salt and soda into egg and yeast combination.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Beat well.
