Sugar And Fat-Free Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans lite fruit cocktail
    1 can lite pears, diced
    1 can lite crushed pineapple
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 (3 oz.) sugar-free Jell-O
    1 (3 oz.) sugar-free vanilla pudding
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Drain mandarin oranges.
    Heat a cup of the juice from the other fruits to boil.
    Add hot juice to bowl with Jell-O.
    Cool by adding the rest of the juice.
    Add the fruits.
    In a small bowl, mix the vanilla pudding (instant) with the orange juice to make a paste; mix with the fruit.
    Add 2 sliced bananas.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
