New Orleans Spicy Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped scallion tops
1 Tbsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. heavy cream
Old Bay seasoning
1 lb. extra large shrimp, peeled
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
French bread
Preparation

Melt butter in saute pan.
Add onions, scallion tops, garlic and parsley and saute until onions are translucent.
Add shrimp, Old Bay seasoning (as much or as little as you prefer, approximately 2 tablespoons) and flour; stir.
Add wine and simmer until shrimp is cooked (bright pink).
Add cream; bring to boil. Spoon over 2 slices French bread.
Garnish with more fresh parsley.
