Sweet Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 gal. medium cucumbers
2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. salt
onions
Preparation

Wash cucumbers and put in a large pan and put ice over them for a few hours.
Then slice thin and pack in jars which have a few slices of onions in bottom.
Then add brine, which has been boiled together.
Fill each jar up to the neck and add a head of dill on top.
Seal and cold pack until pickles turn color.
