Salsa Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped, peeled and seeded vine ripe tomatoes
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. chopped coriander
Preparation

Mix tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and lime juice.
Salt to taste. With motor running, add oil in a stream.
Stir coriander in vinaigrette.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
