Spadini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef for bracole
    1 sliced onion
    parsley
    black pepper
    beaten egg
    Italian bread crumbs
    Pecorino Romano cheese
Preparation
    Pound beef until thin.
    Put some onion in the middle of one. Add 1 teaspoon parsley, cheese and black pepper.
    Now tuck in the ends and roll the meat into a cylinder shape.
    Try not to let stuffing fall out.
    Now roll the spadini in the egg wash and then into the frying pan on medium heat.
    Turn until all sides are brown, then cover them to make sure the stuffing is done.
