Ham And Cheese Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box broccoli and white Cheddar rice
    1 lb. sliced ham
    1 large ripe tomato, sliced
    8 slices American cheese
    4 English muffins, halved and toasted
Preparation
    Cook rice according to box directions.
    Place approximately 2 ounces of ham and a slice of tomato on toasted muffin.
    Put 1/4 cup of rice on tomato and cover with slice of cheese. Heat and melt cheese in toaster-broiler.
    Makes 8 muffins.
