Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chocolate wafers, finely crushed
    1 1/2 c. light cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of 7-inch spring-form pan.
    Position knife blade in food processor.
    Process cream cheese and next 6 ingredients until smooth; add egg.
    Blend well.
    Fold chocolate chips in.
    Pour into cake pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes. Let cool on rack.
    Cover and chill for 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove sides of pan and transfer to serving platter.
