French Onion Soup(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 cans (14 oz.) beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices toasted French bread
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese, grated
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place onions and butter in a large casserole dish. Cook on power 9 for 7 to 8 minutes, until onions are tender. Add beef broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on power 9, covered, for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, until mixture boils. Place toasted French bread on a paper towel; sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and top with Mozzarella slice. Heat on power 9 for 1 minute, just enough to soften cheese. Put a slice of toast in each serving dish and pour hot soup over toast. Quite tasty.
