Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 onion
    6 to 7 c. water
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    seasoned salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook chopped broccoli and onion in water for 20 minutes or until soft.
    Make sauce with remaining ingredients; slowly add to mixture.
    Cook until thick.
    Add a lot of seasoned salt to taste. Simmer until ready to serve.
    Do not boil!
