Tortilla Con Polo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens or 6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces
    1 doz. corn tortillas (uncooked), torn into 1-inch pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Butter casserole (2 1/2-quart). Mix all ingredients together. Let stand 24 hours in the refrigerator. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with taco sauce. Serves 8 to 10.
