Cole'S 7 Day Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. hamburger dill chip pickles
5 lb. sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
crushed red pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain dill pickles in your gallon jar. Place pickles, sugar and cinnamon sticks with pepper and layer until you use all pickles and sugar.
Place lid on jar. Once a day for 7 days, turn jar over. This will mix sugar and pickle chips. On day 7, put pickles in smaller jars; pour juice in jars over chips. Makes 14 (8 ounce) jars.
