Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef sirloin
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
egg noodles, cooked
Preparation

Cut meat into 1/4-inch strips.
Brown in hot shortening.
Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp-tender.
Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles.
Add to meat.
Heat through; do not let boil.
Serve over noodles.
Serves 4.
