Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. round steak, cut into strips or boneless stew meat
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper and salt
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained (may be omitted)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In large
    skillet, brown meat, which has been rolled in flour, pepper
    and
    salt,\tin
    oleo.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth.
    Cover and cook until meat
    is tender,
    stirring now and then.
    After meat is tender, stir in sour
    cream
    and
    cook
    over
    low
    heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over 3 cups cooked noodles.
