Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, divided
2 (3 3/4 oz.) boxes butterscotch instant pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Mix and press in oblong baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese; beat until fluffy.
Fold 2 cups whipped topping in.
Spread over crust.
Combine pudding mix and milk; beat 2 minutes.
Spread over cream cheese.
Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
Chill.
