Shredded Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. whipping cream
    5 lb. potatoes
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    Let potatoes cool, then peel. Shred with salad shooter.
    Spray bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
    Cover with layer of potatoes.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
    Pour on 1/2 of whipping cream. Put another layer of potatoes, seasonings and butter.
    Pour remaining whipping cream over.
    Let set 1 hour before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
