White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    4 sticks butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 oz. lemon extract
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and fold in last.
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar. Beat egg yolks and add. Add pecans, raisins, flour and remaining ingredients.
    Cook 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
