Ingredients

1/2 c. blanched almonds
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In food processor, grind almonds finely.
Add butter and sugar and blend.
Add flour, milk and vanilla and process until just combined.
Drop batter by teaspoons into small rounds 2 inches apart onto a buttered baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden.
Makes about 12 small cookies.
