Ingredients

5 eggs
1 1/2 c. honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon extract
2 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
3 c. cream
milk
Preparation

Beat eggs; add honey, lemon extract, vanilla and salt.
Stir in cream; pour into 1 1/2 gallon freezer.
Fill container with milk, leaving expansion room and freeze as usual.
