Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 medium sweet potatoes
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. tiny marshmallows

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook sweet potatoes whole in jackets, just until tender.
Drain, peel and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices.
