Mom'S Mayonnaise For Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
8 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and milk.
Boil until thick.
Mix dry ingredients and add to beaten eggs.
Add vinegar.
Add this to white sauce mixture slowly while stirring.
Cook in top of double boiler long enough to cook eggs.
