Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 1/2 c. light Italian dressing
    1 pkg. thin spaghetti noodles, cooked
    16 oz. bag mixed frozen veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
    grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, cook chicken in 1/2 cup of Italian dressing, about 10 minutes or until not pink.
    Add bag of vegetables and remaining cup of dressing.
    Dash with salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
    Top with grated cheese.
