Tomato Juice Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. tomato juice (freshly extracted or frozen)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated celery
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. onion juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with tomato juice; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Chill and serve or freeze in one pint plastic freezer containers.
    Makes 2 quarts.
