Scalloped Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
    2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Add 1/2 stick butter and cheese. Stir and pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Crush crackers with 1/2 stick of melted butter.
    Sprinkle on top of broccoli mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
