Cole Special Butter Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Crisco (10 2/3 Tbsp.)
1 Tbsp. meringue powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. light flavoring (like coconut or lemon)
1/2 c. water
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Beat first 4 ingredients and gradually add the powdered sugar, little by little, alternately with water.
Beat for about 5 minutes.
When used in icing cakes, add a little more water to mixture.
(Used for decorating my cakes.)
