Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage or links or bacon
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of hot pepper
Preparation
    Tear up 4 slices of bread, any kind and place in greased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Brown and drain 1 pound bulk sausage meat or links in skillet.
    Drain off fat.
    Cut links in slices.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup grated sharp cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard (optional), salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture in baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
