Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    14 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. oil
    8 c. water
    2 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
    2 lb. broccoli, cut into pieces
    2 Tbsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a soup pot, saute onion and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes, until browned.
    Add the water along with the potatoes and boil for 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
    Add broccoli and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
    Blend 3/4 of the soup until creamy.
    Return to the soup pot.
    Add the spices; heat through and serve.
