Pineapple Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

1/2 c. pumpkin
1 large egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine egg, pumpkin, milk, butter, pineapple, flour, sugar and spices; mix well.
Spoon batter into buttered muffin tins.
Fill almost to the top.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
