Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. liquid Sweet 'N Low
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook raisins in water until water evaporates.
    Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener, oil and mix well. Blend in baking soda and flour.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
