Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 c. flour
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Mix thoroughly.
    Spread batter in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan (jelly roll pan).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing. Cut into bars.
