Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned (reserve the broth)
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 medium onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, Ro-Tel, chicken broth and deboned chicken.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Layer buttered dish with floured tortillas, mixture and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
