Rich Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Bake potatoes (I use microwave).
    Cook, peel and chop as for potato salad.
    In saucepan, cook onions in the butter; add cream, potatoes, milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook until thickened.
    Pour into buttered dish.
    Cover with Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Can drizzle butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
