Miniature Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bring to boil in 2-quart pot, 1 cup water. Reduce heat to low.
    Add oil, salt and flour.
    Cook, stirring vigorously, until mixture leaves sides of pot and forms compact ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool slightly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition, until smooth and glossy.
    Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by half teaspoons and bake about 30 minutes. Cut off tops and fill with custard.
