Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    3 oz. chopped green chilies
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    6 Tbsp. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until transparent.
    Add chilies, garlic and cheeses.
    Heat until cheeses melt on low heat.
    Blend in evaporated milk.
    Serve with corn chips.
