Sour Cream Potato Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced, peeled, cooked potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. diced, pared cucumber
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Separate whites of hard-cooked eggs from yolks; chop whites and add to potato mixture.
Chill thoroughly.
Reserve 1 hard-cooked egg yolk.
