Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 oz. Italian sausage
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 egg
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. mushroom caps
Preparation
    Saute sausage.
    Drain well and crumble.
    Add margarine, onion, bread crumbs, oregano and Parmesan cheese to sausage and mix well. Mix egg with water and add to sausage mixture.
    Stem and wash mushrooms.
    Stuff stem side of mushroom with sausage mixture. Arrange in baking pan.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
