Texas Cavier Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans black-eyed peas
1 small can chopped green chiles
4 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Drain the peas and mash.
Add the remaining ingredients to the melted Velveeta, then fold into mashed peas.
Serve hot with corn or flour tortilla chips.
