Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten until stiff
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar
3 c. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add salt, soda and brown sugar. Stir in pecans until lightly covered.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
