Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup celery, chopped
    1/3 cup carrots, grated
    1 cup green onions, chopped
    2 cups water
    1 white onion, sliced thin and grated
    4 cups chicken broth
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup flour
    4 cups milk
Preparation
    Place celery, carrots, and green onions in a pan with water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
