Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
4 c. sliced peaches
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in pan; stir in water and peaches.
Bring to boil and boil 1 minute, stirring gently. Remove from heat; stir in butter or oleo, lemon rind and juice and almond flavoring.
Cool.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes, using your favorite pie crust recipe.
