Duchess Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot, mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Combine
    mashed
    potatoes,
    butter and salt with beaten egg yolks and form into balls, hearts or other shapes.\tPlace in
    a greased
    baking
    dish and brush with beaten egg whites. Brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
