No Shell Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup self-rising flour
    2 large eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 t. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees:
    Beat together flour, sugar, eggs, and milk.
    Add coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into 8 inch deep pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
