Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. apples
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. liquid oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
A lemon icing is good. This is an excellent cake to freeze.
