Ham And Cheddar Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 eggs
1 cut up fully cooked ham (smoked)
1/4 chopped green peppers
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs.
Mix with fork (mixture will be lumpy).
Add ham, green pepper and onions.
Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet until melted and bubbly.
Slowly add ham mixture into skillet.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat until almost set (10 to 12 minutes).
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
