Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (1/2 lb.) butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. each baking soda and cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Large bowl, use electric mixer.
    Beat butter, 1 1/3 cups sugar until creamy.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    In other bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.
    Gradually add to butter mix, blend thoroughly.
    Small bowl combine cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Roll dough into balls, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mix to coat.
    Place at least 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
