Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    2 onions
    2 carrots
    salt and pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small jar pimento
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash, onions and carrots in boiling salted water. Drain. Add remaining ingredients.
    Melt butter and mix well with dressing mix.
    Grease pan and spread with layer of dressing mix on bottom.
    Pour in squash mixture and cover with remainder of dressing mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
